Dr. Mhatre brings over 18 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She completed her MBBS from the University of Mumbai and went on to earn her MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from L.T.M. Medical College & Sion Hospital, Mumbai. She further specialized with a Diploma in Gynaecological Endoscopy and Hysteroscopy from the Bombay Endoscopy Academy & Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery (BEAMS).
She began her career as a Lecturer at Grant Government Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, where she built a strong clinical foundation managing complex cases while also mentoring junior doctors.
Dr. Mhatre is also highly skilled in the management of menopause and perimenopausal health. She takes a comprehensive, personalised approach to helping women navigate this stage of life — addressing symptoms such as hormonal changes, irregular cycles, mood fluctuations, and bone and cardiovascular health concerns. With her deep clinical expertise, she guides patients through the appropriate diagnostic evaluations and treatment options, including hormone therapy where suitable, lifestyle guidance, and long-term wellness planning, ensuring every woman feels supported and informed throughout her menopausal journey.
