Sports Physiotherapy
Our specialist sports physiotherapists help athletes perform at their best while preventing and recovering from sports-related injuries. Sports injuries differ from everyday injuries because of the heightened demand placed on joints, muscles and ligaments — and that is exactly what we are built to treat.
About our Sports Physiotherapy programme
Whether you are a weekend warrior, an academy player, or an elite competitor — getting back to your sport safely (and staying there) requires more than rest. Our sports physiotherapy programme is built around three principles: comprehensive assessment of the injury, identifying the root cause beyond the pain site, and developing a personalised plan that prevents recurrence.
We work closely with Dr. Farhat Fadhloun, our Sports Medicine Physician Specialist, on the medical side, and our physiotherapy team owns the rehab from acute injury through return-to-play testing. Your programme will progress from pain control and tissue healing, to range-of-motion and strength, to sport-specific loading and movement patterns.
We treat common sport-related conditions — ACL and meniscal injuries, tendinopathies (Achilles, patellar, rotator cuff), hamstring strains, ankle sprains, throwing-arm injuries and overuse syndromes — and we coordinate with imaging, sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery when needed.
